Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all clearance, removal and cleaning services provided by Eco Property Clearance, a trading name of Stars Group ("we", "us", "our"), 45 Lilbourne Dr, Hertford SG13 7WS.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation, based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may be confirmed or adjusted on inspection if the scope of work differs materially from what was described.

Booking and access

You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property or items being cleared on the agreed date, and for confirming any items that should not be removed.

Ownership of items

By booking a clearance, you confirm that you are the owner of the items being cleared, or have the authority of the owner to have them removed and disposed of.

Waste disposal and recycling

We are a fully insured and licensed waste carrier. We aim for a minimum 90% recycling rate on each job, sorting items for reuse, recycling or responsible disposal. Waste transfer notes are supplied on request.

Cancellations

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booked job, so that we can offer the slot to another customer.

Liability

We take reasonable care when working in and around your property. We are fully insured, and any claim relating to loss or damage should be reported to us as soon as possible so it can be dealt with promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
